Shipping policy
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
Orders will go out within 8 to 15 business days from the day that the order was placed but that may change depending on the time of year. Please refer to the top bar banner on our homepage for the most current shipping and processing times.
Domestic shipping for all lower 48 states starts at $4.80, and free on orders over $75.00. *Hawaii & Alaska will have live rates that may vary.
All orders in the USA are shipped via USPS and will have an estimated delivery date of 3-8 business days after being accepted by USPS. This does not include weekend and holidays. Please keep in mind once shipped the control of the package is out of our hands and it is best to contact USPS if you have any issues receiving your package.
Lightly Inked is not responsible for any delays in shipping.
♡ all order cancellations require a 5% restocking fee from refund for every cancellation. this makes up for the time we've spent processing your package + the nonrefundable fees charged on your order.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Lightly Inked is currently Shipping to the USA, CANADA, AUSTRALIA and select non EU countries. We are slowing integrating shipping to other countries. Please bare with us.
NOTE to international customers: Please be aware that you may be required to pay for VAT and import duties when you receive your package. We currently do not collect Vat or import duties. .If your order is under $150 US dollars, there is a chance that you will not get charged customs duty but will still be required to pay for VAT.
INCORRECT ADDRESSES
Please make sure to double check your shipping address prior to completing your purchases. Lightly Inked is not responsible for orders that get delivered to incorrect addresses. If a package is returned to Lightly Inked due to an insufficient / incorrect address or the package is stated by USPS as undeliverable and is returned to us, the buyer will be responsible for any fees associated with re-shipping the package. We will not refund your order for this reason.
