All Lightly Inked products are lovingly designed, handmade and carefully inspected and packaged.
| RETURNS & EXCHANGES |
♡ Do to the handmade nature of our products we do not accept returns, however if after inspecting your package there is something defective, wrong item sent or missing please inform us immediately. You have 14 days to make a claim. We will gladly replace or send out missing items.
| CANCELATIONS |
♡ We have a strict non negotiable 5% restocking fee for every cancellation. Please understand this makes up for the time we've spent processing your package + the nonrefundable fees charged to us on your order.
